Jay Jacques is an art director, designer, and comic artist who specializes in telling quiet, queer stories. A Florida native, she graduated with a BFA in fine art from the University of Notre Dame in 2012 and promptly never returned to Indiana.
She currently works as an assistant art director for penguin random house & as a comics freelancer. She lives with her partner in brooklyn, where they own a spicy parrotlet and a chill leopard gecko. you can contact her for projects at jemmanuel90@gmail.com
